Easygoing roommate

Im a friendly easygoing person who enjoys communicating with people (most times), but also respects others privacy and boundaries because there are times people wish not to socialise, including myself. I just finished my Masters in Animation and want to move to a new city to develop my skills, profession, and be healthy (gym).
For rooms, I believe a well spacious en-suite room is good. Not too spacious, just enough to have a good bed, space for a desk and chair, wardrobe and good walking area around the room.
A good desk space and en-suite are a must have because people deserve their own space.
