Bristol rental wanted - Sep/Oct start - 31F+2cats

Looking to rent in Bristol from late September / early October. Ideally I’m looking for an entire property, but I’d also consider two rooms in a small, friendly household, with one room used as a home office.

Ideally, I’d love somewhere with a garden or outdoor space, parking and a washing machine, and that would allow my two indoor cats.

I’m a 31-year-old woman working remotely full-time in advertising, with stable employment and income. I’m happy to provide employment and financial references if required.

My cats are Ocicats: a 3-year-old male and a 1-year-old female. Both are neutered, well behaved and have always been indoor cats. They’re very much part of the household, but they’re clean, settled and used to living indoors, and I’m happy to provide any additional reassurance about them if helpful.

I’m clean, quiet and respectful, and looking for somewhere I can make feel like home.
