Relocating

Just sold my house in Aberdare, looking to rent in Cardiff or surrounding for a year or two until I buy again. I like to be sociable and get out and about. My partying days are behind me, still enjoy a beer or two and the odd night out on weekend. From Cardiff originally so be nice to move back. I am very clean and tidy. Don’t expect to be spend every moment with housemate, but do like to be somewhere can relax and feel homely and welcoming. Happy to meet over a coffee or drink to chat in person.
