Post Grad Fashion Student looking for flatmate

I’ve been looking at shared accommodation around Leeds and honestly, I’ve seen so many lovely places (non- ensuite) for £450–£600 a month wthat I thought… why not just find someone to buddy up with and get a really nice 2-bed, 2-bathroom place together? 😂

I’ve already seen some beautiful 2-beds around £900–£1,000, so I’m looking at around £450–£500 each for rent. We’d split water and electricity evenly and just be sensible with our usage. I don’t really need Wi-Fi as I have unlimited mobile data. If we’re both reasonable, I think bills should be very manageable (£100-120).
As I’ll be a full-time student, I’ll be exempted for council tax; if my flatmate is also a full-time student, there’d be no council tax to pay.
If you’re a working professional then you’ll pay for single occupancy which is cheaper.

A little about me: I’m turning 30 in September, I’m a postgraduate Fashion student starting at Leeds Beckett.
I’m very creative, love fashion, running and keeping fit. I’m tidy, respectful, easygoing and big on privacy and having a clean, peaceful home.

I’m looking to move around 12 September.

Honestly, I think this could be such a good way for two people to get a really lovely place without paying ridiculous rent individually. And having our own bathrooms? WIN. 😂
