Hi! I'm an incoming international student from the US attending a Master's program in London for a year. I'm looking for a room / roommates / both. My income for the year isn't guaranteed but I have savings from a tech job from the past 6 years that allows me a £1500 pcm rent (not including utilities + other living expenses) budget. Happy to pre-pay rent amount as I currently don't have a guarantor based in the UK.
For rooms: Open to studios or 1-bedrooms. I am also open to flats with more tenants if the other tenants are femme-identifying if there is an open room available.
For roommates: Open to femme-identifying roommates that are communicative and respectful! Friendly or just cordial roommate relationships are both welcome. I do like to play music so ideally roommates who are okay with me singing / recording music once in a while in my room!
