Respectable, clean, friendly female seeking a room

Hello, I'm Melissa, I am looking to move from Kent to NI as I have family in NI I'd like to be close to and looking for a room or flat.

I am respectable, responsible, tidy and friendly. I take good care of my home/room, always.

I had an unfortunate incident happen that led me to come out of work for a while which means my rent will be covered by Universal Credit and PIP. I pass affordability checks with no issues and can provide proof if needed. I am looking to go on to study counselling in NI when settled.

I have excellent references, never missed a payment in my life, I have the deposit ready already (and three months upfront if there's a flat available) it's just finding a place now.
