25F moving to London for work – room from 5 Sept

Hi! I’m Dara, 25, Brazilian, and currently living in Belfast while finishing my MA. I’m relocating to London at the beginning of September for work in film and creative production and I’m looking for a friendly, comfortable place to call home.

I’m hoping to move in around 5–6 September 2026 and I’m ideally looking for somewhere for at least 3–6 months, potentially longer if it’s a good fit.
My budget is ideally around £600–£750 per month including bills. I’m looking for a private furnished single or double room with Wi-Fi and access to a washing machine. An en-suite would be lovely but isn’t essential.

Location-wise, I’m particularly interested in North West London and areas with good transport connections, as I’ll initially be working in Borehamwood. I’m also happy to consider nearby areas if the transport is good.

A little about me: I’m friendly, tidy, respectful and independent. I work in the creative industries and love film, art, exhibitions, photography, travelling, reading and cooking. I enjoy having a peaceful home, but I also like chatting, cooking together or occasionally going out with flatmates.

I would ideally love a female household, but I’m also very happy to consider a friendly and respectful mixed household.
I’d also like a home where occasional overnight guests are allowed. I wouldn’t have anyone staying regularly, but I may occasionally have a friend or family member stay for a night or a few nights.

I’m currently in Belfast, so I’m very happy to arrange video viewings before moving to London.
