Hi, I’m Gourav, an upcoming postgraduate student at the University of Bristol, looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay during my studies.

I’m a responsible, disciplined, clean and respectful person. I don’t smoke or drink and prefer a quiet and well-maintained living environment. I’m considerate of other people's privacy, routines and personal space, and I always take good care of the property I live in.

My tuition fees and living expenses are already financially secured through an education loan, so my accommodation expenses are planned in advance and I can make my rent payments reliably and on time.

My main priority will be my studies, so I’m not looking for a party house. At the same time, I’m friendly and easy-going and would be happy to get along with housemates and be part of a respectful and welcoming household.

I’m looking for a genuine home where I can settle in comfortably and focus on my studies. I’m also happy to provide any reasonable documents or information required by the landlord/agent.
