Looking for Ensuite Room – Oct Move-in

Hi! 😊 I’m Youngin, and I’m looking for a comfortable, clean room in London from around 8 October 2026.

I’m currently finishing my Master’s degree in London and, after graduating, I’ll be staying in the UK and working as a ballet teacher while running my own ballet classes in London.

🏡 What I’m looking for:
• Budget: up to £1,200 pcm including bills
• Ensuite / private bathroom only
• Preferably wood/laminate flooring rather than carpet
• Good transport links – ideally within around 30–40 minutes of Central London
• Looking to stay for at least 6 months, potentially longer
• A clean, peaceful and well-maintained home

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I’m friendly and happy to chat with housemates, but I also value privacy and a peaceful home environment.

I’m flexible about the exact area as long as the transport connections are convenient.
