Professional looking for room in Leeds – 1–2 night

I’m a university professor based in London, looking for a comfortable room in Leeds every Tuesday night during university term time (October to mid-December), with the occasional Wednesday night as well.

I’m looking for somewhere ideally within around a 35-minute walk of the University of Leeds. I’m very happy living in a shared home and would particularly welcome a friendly, relaxed household, whether with a live-in landlord or other professionals.

As I’ll only be staying one or two nights a week, usually midweek, I’ll be a fairly low-impact lodger! I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and would be looking for somewhere I can treat as a regular Leeds base while I’m teaching.
I’m flexible about the exact arrangement and happy to discuss either a monthly rent or something that reflects the fact that I’ll only be there part of the week.
