Urgent 3.5~4 month short let before Aug. 29th

Hello,

I'm Tim, an international postgraduate student studying at the University of Manchester, majoring in English. I'm looking for an urgent short-let from late August to mid-December.
In order to finish my thesis, I'm afraid I need a bedroom with plugs and a table to place my laptop. And since my current contract with the dorm ends on August 29th, I'm hoping to secure accommodation before then, if possible. If you can help me, I would really appreciate.
