Annex or small 1 bed near Godalming

Hi I’m Helen and I’m relocating back to Surrey to start a job in Godalming. As I am going through a divorce and awaiting the sales of shared properties, I’m looking for a place close to work, that I can call home, until I have the funds to buy.
My requirements are within 10 miles of Godalming, not shared, own entrance, access to outside space- patio, garden, terrace etc and parking for a small hatchback. I am a non smoker, with no pets. Ideally available from October for at least 6 months.
