Looking for a flatmate in Bristol 🏠

I’m moving to Bristol for a new job as a Graduate Building Surveyor, and I’m looking for a flatmate to buddy up with and find a nice place together.

Ideally, someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, but also up for being sociable and doing things together from time to time be nice to actually get on with the person I live with.🫣

I’m pretty easy-going and tidy, enjoy going out for drinks, music events, going to the gym, watching sport, and generally having a good time. I’m also respectful of having some personal space and understand that everyone has their own routine.

I’m open to different areas around Bristol and would ideally like to find a modern, comfortable place with good transport links. My budget is around £700–£900 each depending on the property and what’s included, and I’d ideally like bills to be included or kept as low as possible.

Would be great to find someone who is in a similar position and is up for finding somewhere together rather than just taking a room in an established house.
