Hi everyone! 😊 I’m a 24-year-old student moving to Manchester for my Master’s at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), and I’m looking for a room from September 2026.

Looking for:

* 📍 Near MMU or within an easy commute
* 🛏️ Ensuite or non-ensuite — open to both
* 💷 £450–£550 PCM
* 💡 Preferably bills & utilities included
* 🏡 Safe, comfortable and friendly house/flat
* 🚍 Good transport links
* 📅 Ideally a longer-term stay

I’m 24, a student and will be starting my Master’s at MMU. I’m friendly, respectful, easy-going and responsible, and I enjoy having a good balance between being social and having my own quiet time. I’m considerate of the people I live with and would love to find a friendly, comfortable place that feels like home while I’m in Manchester.
