Hi! I’m Sam, 19, and currently based in London. I’m looking for a room in a shared flat/house with a budget of up to £850 per month.

For me, finding the right flatmates is just as important as finding the right room. I’d really like to live with people who are friendly, sociable and open to actually getting to know each other. I’m interested in meeting new people in London and would love a flat where we can occasionally hang out, cook together, go out, or just have a chat — while still respecting each other’s privacy and space.

I’m clean, considerate and easygoing, and I’m looking for a home that feels comfortable and welcoming rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I work in modelling and hospitality, so my schedule can vary, but I’m responsible and respectful of shared spaces.
