Room needed near Epsom from end of September

I am look to move to somewhere near Epsom. As I am starting a new job there at the beginning of October.

Fairly open in terms of who I’m looking to live with. As long as people are reasonably chill, enjoy life and value good conversation equally to alone time.

I’m a pretty low maintenance person. Can be forgetful at times but take reminders well, and am good at keeping communal spaces clean and orderly, if not always my own. I enjoy cooking for people and learning new things from them. I don’t go out to socialise a lot but love being out/active, just prefer small group settings. Lastly I drive a motorbike and have a bicycle, so some form of sheltered area would be ideal but is by no means a deal breaker.
