2 French grads, ready to move in September

Hi there! We're Aurelien and Lilian, two French friends and current flatmates, 22 and 25, both recently graduated from the University of Glasgow and moving to London in September to start our careers.

We're tidy, respectful, and easygoing - we're looking for a friendly houseshare where people say hi in the kitchen and don't mind the occasional shared dinner, but we also value everyone having their own space and independence. Outside of work we love hiking, going to the gym, and exploring London's art and culture scene, so we're excited to discover new spots around the city.

We're both starting full-time jobs, so rent won't be an issue, and we're happy to provide references or a guarantor if needed. Budget is up to £1000pp including bills, and we're flexible on area as long as it's well-connected. Available from early September - would love to arrange a viewing ( preferably online, as we're not yet in London) and answer any questions!
