I'm a 44 year old professional woman. I'm the chief executive of a national education association. I've lived in southeast London for 20 years and am re-locating with my young family to Cumbria in September.

My office is at London Bridge. I'll be 'super commuting' from the North West and plan to stay in London for 1 - 2 nights/ 2 days per week. When I'm in London, I'll be working long hours at my office.

I'm looking for a double ensuite room close to a train station with direct links to London Bridge. I'll plan my nights/ days in London three months in advance to benefit from the lowest train fares. I'll usually be staying on a Tuesday night, but this may change around work commitments. I'll sometimes stay for two nights. I won't need much storage space but would appreciate a drawer/ cupboard to leave overnight essentials.

I have two small children (aged 4 and 12 months), a partner and a dog (they'll all be staying in Cumbria!). Ideally I'm looking for a female/ couple homeowner/ landlord with a spare (ensuite) room looking for a very part-time, easy-going and reliable lodger.
