Friendly MSc Student Looking for Clean, Quiet Room

Hi! I’m an MSc student looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced room in London.

I’m looking to move in as soon as possible and ideally before the end of August 2026.

What I’m looking for:

- Budget: around £250–£550 per month
- Private room, preferably furnished
- Bills included or reasonable bills
- Minimum tenancy: flexible
- Preferred areas: central/ East/South-East London and areas with convenient public transport links
- Ideally within walking distance of a Tube/Elizabeth line/DLR/rail station
- I’m open to both student and professional house shares
- I’m looking for a safe, clean and respectful household

I’m tidy, responsible, friendly and respectful of other people’s space. I’m happy to share common areas and contribute to keeping the house clean and comfortable.

I’m available to attend viewings and can provide any required documents/references.
