Friendly, tidy professional looking for a room

Hi! I’m Josh 😊 I’ve recently started a new job at a pub in Leytonstone and I’m now looking for a room in London, ideally ready to move in by 4th September.

I’m friendly, easygoing and respectful, and I’m looking for a nice home with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I’m clean and tidy and would ideally like to live with someone who is the same.

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat or hang out, but I also really value having a comfortable and peaceful home to come back to. I’m looking for someone who is considerate of their housemates, particularly when it comes to noise, so ideally not someone who regularly has loud music, parties or lots of people over late at night.
