Young graduate looking for a place to call home

I am a recent graduate from UoE. With my MSc I hope to work in nature conservation in Scotland, I work part-time in retail and volunteer with various charities and societies. I am quite sociable but really enjoy calm nights after busy days out. I am very clean and have enough experience living with people to best communicate needs and resolve conflicts (someone always drops a dirty sock somewhere :P). I hope to stay in Edinburgh until January and extend from then.

TLDR;
- looking for 1 or 2 bed flat in Edinburgh for upwards to £1500 + council tax
- lease for at least 4 months starting september 1st.
