Student looking for a room for next year

I’m Matty, I'm 19 and starting 3rd year this September doing Mechanical Engineering (I did direct entry). I’m well-used to flatsharing, from last year and this summer, mindful of keeping communal spaces clean, and generally pretty relaxed during the week. I'm mainly into reading, side-questing, and hiking in my free time.

For some background context, I was meant to be doing a year abroad this year but had to back out fairly last minute because it was too expensive, so now I am looking for accommodation for next year.

I would best to move in around September 20th for the start of term, and I have all my references, proof of funding, and guarantor details ready to go if you need them.

I'm working 9–5 on an internship until next Wednesday, I'm free any evening after 5:00 PM or anytime over the weekend (in person or over a quick video call if easier).
