About Me:
Hi everyone! I’m Aryan (21). I have just graduated with a First Class degree in Architecture and I am incredibly excited to be moving to Bristol to start a full-time professional role as an Architectural Assistant at a large practice in the city centre.

What I'm like to live with:
Since I will be working busy professional hours (Mon-Fri) at the studio, I really value having a clean, chilled, and relaxing home environment to unwind in. I am very tidy, deeply respectful of shared spaces, and always clean up after myself.

While I respect everyone's downtime and personal space, I’m definitely sociable and would love to live with flatmates who enjoy a chat, sharing a meal, or grabbing a drink/coffee on the weekends. I genuinely love cooking and baking—so expect some good food to be shared!

What I'm looking for:

A double room in a friendly, clean, and considerate flatshare.

Ideally located within walking distance or a short commute to the BS1 City Centre area (Stokes Croft, Harbourside, Clifton, etc.).

A flat with young professionals or mature/postgrad students.

Move-in Details:
I am looking to move in around the 5th or 6th of September, just before my job officially begins on the 7th!

Note: I am currently on a family trip until September 5th, so I am incredibly keen to arrange virtual viewings via WhatsApp or Teams. I can provide employment references and a guarantor immediately upon request.
