Clean Postgraduate Student Looking for Room

Hi,
I'm a postgraduate student at the University of Law looking for a comfortable room in either a family home or a friendly flat share.

I'm also open to connecting with like-minded people who may want to find a property together.

I'm clean, respectful, considerate, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful and tidy home environment and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Most of my time is spent studying, exercising, and exploring London.

I am due to complete my studies at the end of October and am looking to move between 30 October and 1 November.

My budget is £900-£1,000 per month, depending on the room size, condition, and location.

I am a non-smoker, financially responsible, and respectful of privacy, shared spaces, and house rules.

Please note that I have a cat allergy, so I am ideally looking for a cat-free home.

I would love to find a welcoming household with friendly and considerate people, whether that's a family home or a flat share.
