Looking for West London Flatshare!

Hi, I'm Nola! I am a young professional (22) who is starting a job in actuarial consulting at the beginning of October! I am looking for a room in West London with a short commute to Baker Street, as I am in the office 3-4 days per week.

My budget is between £800 – £1,150pcm (ideally with bills included)

I appreciate a tidy apartment with space in my room for me to work from home 1-2 days per week. A lower-floor apartment would be preferred (although it is not a necessity)!

I’m clean and considerate, and happy to follow any cleaning routines your roommates have :)

I’d love to become friends with my flatmates and spend time together, but I also really value quiet and alone time to chill and/or study. I love trying new workout classes, walking, going out for drinks, shopping, hiking, and I am always down to watch a movie or bake!
