About me
Hi! I’m a 28-year-old professional/graduate working in Hospitality/FOH assistant. I’m looking for a double room in areas around london from the month of December 2026.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I’m happy to socialise with housemates and have a chat, but I also value privacy and a peaceful home. I’m considerate with shared spaces and generally easy to live with.
Outside of work, I enjoy & train in martial arts like Brazillian Jiu-jitsu & Freestyle wrestling.
My routine is working shifts that range from 9-12 hours, Gym, training and relaxing.
What I’m looking for
* Areas: Around London or In London.
* Budget: £700 - £1000 pcm [including bills]
* Room: Double room, preferably [furnished/ensuite/etc.]
* Move-in: 7th December 2026
* Tenancy: 6/12 months or flexible
* Household: [Professionals/students/mixed]
* Preferred environment: Clean, friendly and reasonably quiet
* Transport: Ideally within 30-45 minutes of Green Park/Piccadilly
I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room, with respectful and friendly housemates.
