We are a Chinese couple aged 32 and 34, postgraduate students going to the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton. We are friendly, honest and tidy, and we are looking for a double room. We are available to move in from 18/09/2026 with a budget of £900 pcm. We have no age preference for flatmates or landlords. However, I am allergic to cats, so unfortunately we cannot live in a house with cats. We are open to living with a landlord, a studio flat or a two‑bed shared house.
