Looking for Studio or Ensuite - £1,100 bills incl'

Hi, I’m looking for either a self-contained studio/small flat or an en-suite room in a clean flatshare.

For a studio, I’d need my own private kitchen/kitchenette and bathroom. For a flatshare, I’d only consider somewhere with my own private en-suite bathroom.

I work near Chancery Lane, so I’m looking for somewhere with a reasonable commute into Central London. I’m especially interested in South East, Wapping, Woolwich, or anywhere well-connected.

Ideally, I’m looking for bills included, or at least clear costs for council tax, electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi.

My budget is around £1,100 per month, but I can consider up to £1,200 for the right place if bills are included.

I’m a friendly, clean and respectful working professional. I’m easy to live with, tidy, and I’d be looking for somewhere calm, comfortable and well looked after.

I’m ready to arrange viewings and can move quickly if the right place comes up.
