Hi — I'm Joe, 25, looking for a double room in a house share or flat share in Bath from early September. Long let, six to twelve months plus, seven days a week.

I run two small businesses. Sturdy Ai is my consultancy, building AI and automation systems for small businesses. Sturdy Vanilla is a D2C brand selling Ugandan vanilla, which mostly ticks along in the background. Alongside both I'm interviewing for AI roles, so there's a good chance I'll be in full-time work before long.

I'm a minimalist and genuinely very clean. My room stays bare and tidy, my things live out of sight, and I'll happily do more than my share in the kitchen and bathroom. If you're house-proud, we'll get on well.

Work-wise I'm at a desk a few days a week with headphones on, and out at meetings the rest. Quiet, no loud calls at odd hours. Outside work I'm into street dance, tennis, sailing and DJing, so I'm out a fair bit. Sociable and always up for cooking together or a drink, but not looking to turn the place into a party flat.

Looking for: a modern, furnished double room in a well-kept house or flat share in Bath, bills included, ideally en-suite and with off-street parking. Sharing with a few friendly professionals in their twenties, in a house that still has a proper living room or kitchen. A high standard of finish matters to me — I keep my own space immaculate and I'm looking for people who feel the same. That said, the right house and the right people count for more than the spec.

My rent is covered by Universal Credit's housing element and can be paid straight to the landlord each month, so it arrives on time, every time.
