23 y/o professional looking for house share

Hi I’m Conor looking to find a flatmate within the Warrington area, potentially outside as long as commute isn’t horrendous.

I am a friendly and chatty person (once you get to know me) who loves to overshare.

I work 8:30 - 5:00 Monday to Friday.

Im looking for a flatmate but also someone who I can get along with even get a good pint with (other drinks are permitted)

I need parking because nothing stresses me out more than not knowing where I can park.

I have lived alone for just over a year now and currently am renting a one bed flat, which I can leave on 1 months notice.

I already have WiFi which could be easily transferred to the new flat and as I have a load of stuff I. e couch, tv etc already so unfurnished would be ideal but worst case scenario I’ll dump it in storage.
