Postgraduate looking for a room in Brighton/Hove

Hi! I'm Sunwoo, a postgraduate student at the University of Sussex, currently looking for a room in Brighton or Hove from early September.

I'm ideally looking for somewhere with easy access to Brighton Station, with a budget of around £700–750 pcm. I'm fairly flexible with the exact area as long as there are good transport links.

I'm friendly, clean and respectful, and I enjoy having a chat or occasionally sharing a meal with my flatmates, but I also really value having my own space and quiet time. I'm currently finishing my Master's dissertation and will be looking for work after graduation, so I'm looking for a calm and comfortable place to call home rather than a party house.

I'm currently thinking of staying until around the end of January, although I can be a little flexible depending on the tenancy.

I'm mainly looking for a room for myself, but I also have two friends who are currently looking for accommodation. So if you happen to have multiple rooms available, we'd also be interested in hearing about them.
