Graduate urgently searching for a room to rent

I am looking for a room to rent, ready for a lodger contract as well.
I am clean, respectful, polite and attentive to the personal space of others. In my leisure time I like to read, do sports or go shopping.
I have three pending job offers and aiming to start online tutoring (languages, speaking practice) mid-October. I am currently unemployed, and have been supported by my parent for the last four years, therefore, I will provide a guarantor if needed, if the guarantor is not needed at all, this is also fine.
I am moving out of my current property on the 5th September, therefore I urgently need a room to rent. I do not have any strict preferences regarding my future flatmates/live-in-landlord.
