Sociable Professional Looking for Shared House

Hi! I'm Clara, I'm 27 (28 in October), and I'm looking for an unfurnished room in North/East London with enough space for a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. My budget is around £1000 pcm, including bills.

A little about me: I’m a literary agent (I sell books to publishers) and have been living in with a friend in Oxford for the past 18 months. I'm now coming back to town to be closer to work; the plan is to be in the office three days a week, and wfh the other two.

I’m pretty chill and pretty clean (I have been known to stress-clean the kitchen when work is tough…) and love to bake (I share the goods). When not working or reading/listening to music in my room, I’m probably at the nearest park or pool—and while I’m always good to do my own thing, living with friends for the past year or so has been *so* nice. I’d love to find an environment which feels that comfortable again. I'm happy to live in a house with any gender, but ideally would love to live in a space with at least one other woman.

Since I live with a friend, I'm also lucky enough to be able to move out any time between now and December, which makes my schedule extremely flexible! Do please drop me a line if you think you have a room that might be a good fit! I'll look forward to chatting
