Student (21), Greater Manchester, £700pcm or less

Hiya! I'm a 21 year old student at the University of Manchester, looking for rooms from the 21st September (earlier is possible) within Greater Manchester.

I would be looking for a single or double room, with an en-suite being highly preferred. This would be for £700pcm or lower, including bills, with no more than 3 other housemates.

I would require any housemates to be respectful and non-smoking. Other women are highly preferred but men are also okay.

As for me, I spend a lot of my time at the university or out doing hikes. I visit my girlfriend often and she would do the same for me. A typical evening for me would be in my room, studying on my laptop.
