My name is James, and I'm a 35 year old Aussie biomedical scientist in search of a weeknight single room in Denmark Hill or close-by from Apr 2027 onwards. I consider myself laid-back, quiet, considerate and organised. Realistically, I will be working pretty long hours, and am primarily looking for a base to sleep/shower 3 nights per week (typically Mon, Tue, Wed), so I won't be around much... though I am not completely antisocial and would be happy to have a coffee/beer together from time to time.
