Join Us for a Beautiful Central London Flat

Hi! We’re Valeriia and Yves, a couple looking for a third person to buddy up with for a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat.

ABOUT US
Valeriia is studying for her master’s in music production, while Yves has a degree in AI and works on his startups. Yves expects to be in London around two-thirds of the time.

THE FLAT
We’re looking around Aldgate East, Tower Hill, Liverpool Street, or Holborn. We’d take the master bedroom with a budget of up to £2,000 including bills. Our future flatmate would take the second bedroom, with the second bathroom mainly available to them, and ideally have a budget of £1,200 to £1,800.

LIVING TOGETHER
We’re very clean, tidy, and considerate. We enjoy cooking, good food, walks, music, psychology, and technology. You can also expect at least five different kinds of matcha in the kitchen. Valeria produces music but is mindful of noise.

We’d like a friendly, relaxed home where we can occasionally chat or share a meal while also respecting each other’s privacy. Men and women are welcome, ideally aged 20 to 30. We don’t have pets, but yours would be a bonus!
