Room Wanted – Eltham/Mottingham

I am looking for a double en-suite room in a clean, quiet and safe residential area around Eltham/Mottingham, preferably close to Mottingham Station and convenient for West Park, SE9.

What I’m looking for:

Double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and toilet
Good wardrobe/storage space
Parking is essential
Heating/central heating is important
Shared kitchen is absolutely fine
All bills included — ideally including gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wi-Fi
Clean, quiet and safe neighbourhood
No smoking
No pets
Furnished preferred
Available before the end of September 2026

The room would be for myself and my daughter. My daughter is at university and also works, so she will not be there all the time. She will mainly stay with me during weekends and university holidays.

I am looking for a comfortable, peaceful and well-maintained home and would be happy to provide references and attend a viewing.

Preferred areas: Eltham, Mottingham, New Eltham, and nearby areas, particularly with easy access to Mottingham Station.

All bills included is important.
