Social American professional leaving Florida

Hello! My name is Sebastian and I’m looking to move to the Manchester area from Florida. I am a dual American/British citizen with a UK passport and a lifelong fondness for England. I’m moving with no job immediately lined up but I have substantial savings and every intention of finding employment post-haste.

On the personal side, I am an avid reader and writer, I game, cook, bake on occasion, and I am very excited to visit a pub again. I’m a bit of a night owl and I enjoy socializing but no one’s ever accused me of being a party animal.

Professionally, I’m hoping to get involved in government and finally make use of my political science degree. Presently, I work in data entry/document handling in the financial industry.

In terms of what I’m looking for, I’m hoping to find a place near to public transit and with plenty nearby to walk to. I would like space enough in my room to fit a desk and office chair but otherwise I’m not picky. I am hoping to move around the start of October and would be happy to take some virtual viewings before then!
