Me and my sister are looking for either a 2 bed flat, 2 spare rooms within a house-share or a 3 or 4-bed property by buddying up.
- My sister: £29k in retail (+ commission)
- Me: starting as an accountant at big 4 on £34.5k from 28th sep
We would like to live in east london zone 2, close by to a station. Some areas we are thinking of are whitechapel, bow, mile end, stratford.
Our budget is £800-1000 per person (including bills) and we do not currently have a guarantor but may be able to find one if it’s for a 2-bed property with just ourselves.
We have both been living in the UK since 2004.
