Room/flatshare for five-month PhD research visit
Hi! I'm looking for a place to stay from early October 2026 to end of February 2027 in Durham, preferably in DH1. I'm a third-year astrophysics PhD student from the University of Helsinki in Finland, and I'm coming to Durham University of a five-month research visit. My budget is flexible to around £900 pcm (excluding bills)
I'm calm, tidy and independent, but wouldn't mind sharing a flat with someone who'd be interested in socialising a little bit as well. I don't mind sharing with students or professionals or any gender. I like exploring, reading and dancing (mostly ballroom and swing) and I also train ITF taekwon-do (but not in the flat).
