Canadian looking for a rental!

I’m 28 and work in the restaurant industry. I’m currently transitioning into offering yoga and wellness opportunities! I’m clean, sociable, respectful of shared spaces, good with animals, and enjoy knowing the people I live with. I love cycling, cooking, movies, walks, yoga, books, laughs, stimulating chats and the like.

I’m looking for a room in a shared house starting September 1st. Move in date can be as late as September 12th, but ideally no later than that. My budget is £700 including bills (this is slightly flexible).

I’ve never been to the city before so I’m open to all areas really, but east London is where I might fit best. I have eyes on places like Hackney, Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Stoke Newington, and Angel!
