Quiet professional seeking room in London

Hi! I’m looking for a comfortable room in a clean, quiet and friendly home in London.

I’ve recently completed my MSc in International Health and Tropical Medicine at the University of Oxford and am starting a fellowship with Oxford Global Health. My role is hybrid, so I’ll be spending most of the working week in London and travelling to Oxford at least once a week.

I’m clean, quiet, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I’d enjoy a friendly household where people are happy to chat and occasionally spend time together, while also respecting each other’s privacy and routines.

What I’m looking for:

•Budget up to £850 pcm
•Northwest, North or West London, ideally with good transport links to Paddington for regular travel to Oxford.
•Move-in around 30-31 August
•Furnished room
•Live-out landlord
•Wi-Fi, water and council tax included in the bills
•Ideally, a household with a cleaner at least once a month

I have a guaranteed fellowship stipend and can provide proof of funds, evidence of my previous accommodation and rent payments, and a reference if required.
