This is me

Hello! I’m Dominik 28, looking for a room each with my friend Emmanuel, 27. I’m living in London and we're looking to move around the 15th of September (although can be flexible with that). We're looking for a friendly and comfortable place to call home. We're both professionals looking for either rooms or to buddy up for a flat.
We're easy-going, respectful and tidy. We enjoy having a good balance between being social and having my own space. We're considerate of shared spaces and always happy to keep things clean and contribute around the house.

I’m a bit artsy/indie but also nerdy – my hobbies are reading (Sally Rooney and Adrian Tchaikovsky are my favourite authors), painting, trying lots of restaurants, love movies, shows, games, and like Alt/Indie music. Planning to get into volleyball if you wanna join me :^) I’ve been working in finance (mon-fri 9-5) for a few years to pay the bills but my dream is to work towards being an architect.

Outside of work, you'll find Emmanuel at the cinema, gym, playing football, badminton, dancing Batchata and exploring new cafes and restaurants. Emmanuel is always looking to make the most of his downtime, have friends over and plan new outings so would really like someone like-minded and social but considerate of space and time too.

I’m extra interested living within a 10 min walk of the the following areas of London:
Islington, stoke Newington, Holloway Road, Canonbury, Highbury, Angel, Clerkenwell etc
Hackney, Dalston, etc
Old Street, Shoreditch, Aldgate, Spitalfields, Barbican
Canary Wharf, Poplar, Greenwich Park
But this list is not exhaustive so open to something new 😊
