Room Near Middlesex University Sept '26

Hi, I’m a student at Middlesex University and I’m looking for a room in a shared house/flat from around 8–11 September 2026.

My budget is up to £700 per month, preferably including bills. I’m looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place with good transport links to Middlesex University.

I’m open to areas such as Hendon, Mill Hill, Colindale, Burnt Oak, Edgware, Wembley, Harrow and nearby areas, and I’m happy with a commute of up to around 45–60 minutes.

I’m preferably looking for:

- A furnished room
- Bills included
- A clean and well-maintained property
- A reasonable number of people sharing the property
- Good access to public transport
- A suitable environment for a student

I’ll be arriving in the UK between 8–11 September, so I’m particularly interested in rooms available around this time.
