Australian couple seeking flare share

Hey!

We’re an Australian couple, 29 and 33, looking to make the move to Edinburgh around late 2026 or early 2027.

We’re both really easy going, friendly and clean. We like having a home that feels comfortable and tidy, and we’re respectful of shared spaces and the people we live with. We’re definitely not overly house proud, but we do like to keep things clean and would love to live with people who feel the same.

My boyfriend works as a mining engineer, currently doing a 6 weeks away / 4 weeks home roster in Africa. I currently work in admin and will be looking for work once we’re over in Edinburgh.

We’re very much social but also independent. We’re always up for a pub, dinner, a few drinks or checking out somewhere new, but we’re also perfectly happy doing our own thing and having a quiet night at home.

We’re planning on doing lots of exploring around Edinburgh and Scotland, so it would be amazing to find people who are keen to join us for things — whether that’s checking out a new pub, going for a hike, exploring a new town, heading to the gym or just grabbing a drink and having a laugh.

We’d ideally love to find another couple to share with, as we think that would be a really nice dynamic, but we’re definitely open to living with other friendly, like-minded people too. We’re more interested in finding the right people and a nice home than being too particular about the setup.

We’re excited to meet new people, make some friends and experience everything Edinburgh and Scotland have to offer.
