Visiting PhD Student Looking for En-Suite Room

Hi! I'm a PhD student from Brazil and I'll be moving to Manchester for a visiting research period at Manchester Metropolitan University.

I'm looking for a room from 15 October 2026 to 14 February 2027, preferably an en-suite, with bills included and good transport links to Manchester Metropolitan University.

I'm fully funded by CAPES through the PhD Sandwich Program (PDSE) during my stay.

I'm clean, quiet, respectful and friendly, and I'm looking for a peaceful and well-maintained home, ideally sharing with other postgraduates or working professionals. I'm sociable and happy to chat or spend time with housemates, but I also value my own space and will be spending much of my time studying and working at the university.

As I'm currently in Brazil, I would need to arrange a virtual viewing before moving.

Budget: ideally up to £700 pcm, including bills.
