Looking for a temporary stay

I just finished my masters and I am looking for a flat with my friend for a short term until I decide we continue to be in Edinburgh or move to a different city.

Have worked in advertising for over 8 years now and have the savings and a local guarantor incase there is a worry about the payments. I must admit that we are very particular about the payments and ensure that the entire process is smooth and without any issues or delays.

Personally, bit of an ambivert, not exactly a party person but if I do its always outside. Am known for keeping things clean and tidy and I do play musical instruments but only when not an inconvenience for others. Mostly keep to myself and my PS5 and my work. My friend is the exact same except he doesn't play any instruments.
