PhD mature art student seeking room

My mum is starting her PhD at Falmouth University in September. She is looking for a room to lodge in for approximately four days a week. She is home in Brixham on the other days. May want flexibility during the holidays to stay more. She helps me with childcare my three-year-old and 6-year-old. Will spend most of her time at university or exploring the local area. Tidy lovely, keeps herself to herself.
