Clean and tidy professional seeking room

Hi,

I'm a 43 year old that is looking for a room in the next few weeks, ideally in Leigh on sea or close to Affordability is no issue and I have been in the same job for over 10 years so both income and employment is not an issue.
My only issue is historic bad credit stemming from a previous relationship. Obviously this is not ideal but this debt is now consolidated and is no longer an issue in terms of affordability.
I am happy to put down a deposit or a month in advance so any future landlords feels more secure. I'm also willing just to take a three month lease (although ideally I would like a 6-12month lease) to show any future landlords that I am reliable with rent which I will be.
I work during the day and am studying towards a Nebosh Diploma in the evenings so I live a very quiet life. Most weekends I will be with my young son who I see every weekend.
