NHS Professional Seeks Property in/near Llandod.

Thanks for taking the time to read my advert. I'm a non-smoking, respectful healthcare professional (NHS), looking for somewhere to stay whilst I work at the local hospitals. Llandrindod Wells is the preferred area for accommodation, but nearby locations will also be considered.

My ideal place is a self-contained studio apartment or annexe, but I will also consider renting a house to myself, or sharing with preferably no more than two other housemates. I am seeking a clean, quiet, fully furnished property, with all bills included (utilities, council tax, broadband, etc) and no hidden fees. There also needs to be guaranteed, safe parking (either off-street or reasonably close to the property).
